Happy Holiday?

You can always learn something new by talking to Kickballers. Late at MacDinton's on Tuesday night I got into a rather interesting conversation with someone, who wished not to be identified, about a holiday I was not aware of.

Apparently, Monday, March 14th is a holiday. I don't know how I missed that, since my birthday is the 15th. It is a rather obscure holiday but if we see a lot of satisfied looks on guys faces Tuesday night at kickball, we will know that the day was a success.

So what is this holiday? Well, you can visit the website at www.steakandbjday.com. As you might have assumed, it may not be suitable for work site. According to the website, "...this holiday has been created so you ladies finally have a day to show your man how much you care for him" and that it will "usher in a new age of love as men everywhere try THAT much harder in February to ensure a memorable March 14th!". You can even visit their merchandise section and get yourself your very own teddy bear to memorialize the holiday.
