Refs

There has been some confusion about how reffing assignments work so we wanted to clarify it a little bit.

If you play at 8pm, your team is responsible for providing 2 refs for the 7pm game on the same field you play on. Since there is no 7pm game on field 3, you do not need to provide refs if your team is scheduled to play on field 3 at 8pm.

If you play at 7pm, your team is responsible for providing 3 refs for the 8pm games. Two on the field you are playing and 1 for field 3.

By the way, if you see your refs spending a lot of time on their cell phone during the game, they might not be texting. If you have an iPhone or an Android phone there are kickball referee apps that you can download to help you keep track of the score, strikes, balls, fouls and outs.
