flyinelvi77: So what is this that I have heard about Vegas? Can I really play kickball in Vegas?

Yes, you can. Every year, WAKA has its Founders Cup weekend that is now played on Columbus Day Weekend. It started out as just the Founders Cup which is the Kickball World Championships. That tournament is invitation only and invitations go out to league playoff champions and possibly playoff runnerups. The Seminoles have earned a few invitations but always turn them down because FSU usually plays football that weekend and its WAAAAY more important (lame) to watch college football on tv than to go to Vegas to play kickball. The world would most certainly crumble into a pit of despair if any member of the Seminoles ever missed a single college football game but I digress.

The Kickball Games were something new last year and anyone can play in that. Well, maybe not anyone. You have to have been properly registered to play WAKA Kickball in the current calendar year but you can put together a team of people from different teams, different leagues, or even different cities. Last year there some team that was made up of half people from Maine and half people from Salt Lake City and another team made up of players from Vegas, Austin and parts of Connecticut. The Founders cup decides who is the best team in the country. The Kickball Games is just a big party. Masterbatter captain, Jaime, is trying to gauge interest to see if its possible to put together a team from Tampa. If you are interested be sure to sign up on the list.

jzfan99: Your team is cool. Do you have a mascot?

Thanks and yes my team is pretty cool, we like to have lots of fun. We don't officially have a mascot but if we did it would probably be my pit bull, Bosco. It is believe that he used to be a stud in a backyard breeder program before he got tired of that and escaped before I adopted him. He pretty much exemplifies everything that is cool about 99 Problems. If he's not having fun clowning around, hes just chilling out in one of his multiple daily naps. He also likes to hump strangers. He loves getting his belly rubbed and doesn't like it when people aren't trying to have fun with him. When he's not being bad ass, he's still cool. Doesn't that sound like just about any member of 99 Problems?

shutterbug380: I have lots of pictures of us playing kickball and having fun. What should I do with them?

Great question. There is a new link on the league page that says photos. There you can see pictures that were taken by different people. If you look up in the upper right hand corner, next to the magnifying glass, there is a drop box icon. If you click on that you can upload your own photos. Now you might notice that the photos don't show up immediately. That is because once you upload them, someone with too much free time will then go in and sort the photos depending on what they are and of course delete any photos of your penis that you just thought would be hilarious to share with the league. Its just a new fun way for you to share the good times.

epicwinner999: Nice blog last week but I wish more people got made fun of. Where do you get all of the pics?

Unfortunately, no one did anything really stupid this past week but luckily there was plenty of epic plays. The pictures I just find online. Google images is definitely my friend. Its amazing what you can find on there by just typing in some random things. This week I typed in "epic" and found some pretty good stuff. Even after sifting through all of the epic boob photos, it was difficult to decide which would make the cut and which wouldn't to actually wind up on the blog. Occasionally, I will find a good pic that I like and save it until I can find a good excuse to use it in a story. I've said it before and I will say it again, I'm not a journalist so I'm not beholden to journalistic integrity so if the facts don't fit with a picture, I'll just change the facts so that it does. Its a wonderful world.
